Summary:
Dr Samuel Wu joined SVLS in 2002 and is focused on biotech and medical device investments. He is on the board of Halscion and iTherapeutix, and an active board observer at Alba Therapeutics and Logical Therapeutics.

Prior Experience:
Prior to joining SVLS, Samuel was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey and Company's Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products practice, where he led teams of consultants serving clients on M&A, portfolio analysis and other strategic issues.

Qualifications:
Samuel earned an MD and a PhD in Biochemistry from Stanford University and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. He holds an AB in Biochemistry from Harvard College.
